Starting July 20th through August 24th, we will meet every Monday with two different times available for your convenience:
12:00pm - 1:30pm and 7:00pm-8:30pm (PST)

In this 6 week circle series you are invited to center yourself in self care and empowerment. This six week circle will guide you into healing aspects of the unhealed divine feminine. This is an invitation to remember your power as a woman. In this circle series, you will be allowed to get out of your headspace and connect to your heart space and divine inner wisdom. These six weeks will be medicine to heal past wounds, cultivate visions for yourself, and actualize your desires. Through an empowering supportive sisterhood community and intimate weekly gathering, we will plant seeds of intention. We will explore our perceived blocks and let go of limiting beliefs that may be blocking you from personal fulfillment.
It will be an opportunity to heal and birth new opportunities for yourself.
We will also explore healing your lineage, reclaiming your confidence, voice, creativity, and intuition.
It is your rite of passage as a woman to have joy, rest, fulfillment, to let go of shame, and to step into your personal POWER.
Each week we will gather in circle to interact in creative practices such as:

✨Empowering journaling prompt
✨Community with other mujeres
✨Grounding meditations
✨Ritual and ceremony
✨ Sacred time to share our stories

This program will consist of 6 virtual 1.5 hour Women's Empowerment Circles via Zoom. Cost is $120 with sliding scale available. Please email [email protected] for sliding scale option.

Emma is a Xicana dedicated to women's healing and empowerment. She creates a safe space for women to reclaim their own self love and guerrera spirit for self care.
She is familiar with intergenerational trauma and in healing her own childhood wounds she felt personal liberation. She understands the mother and daughter wound and through healing from it she was able to find compassion for herself and others. Emma recognizes how emotions are stored in our bodies, and understands the body, mind, spirit connection. She is very passionate about creating community for women and knows that when women are seen and heard they heal.
Emma holds women circles and workshops through ceremony and ritual. She is a 200 hr- yoga teacher, meditation guide, and reiki practitioner. As a wife and devoted mama of two she believes in the power of healing 7 generations before us and 7 generations after. Follow her @emma_parada
