Join Denise Ortiz of @yogawithdanise for this intentional seasonal offering. Once every season, gather in community to practice and learn new methods of movement for wellness. Classes will consist of gentle body movement as well as space for getting to know one another though talking circle.

Come practice and learn new ways yoga and meditation can be used in your daily life for wellness.

Denise Ortiz is a trauma-informed yoga instructor. Trauma-informed yoga connects us back to our intention of healing as we create awareness around how we tend to the mind, body and breath. As a trauma survivor, yoga has become Denise's most powerful tool for healing.
