Join Us Every first Wednesday of each month from 6-7:30 pm in our virtual motherhood circle to set intentions, support, empower, and inspire each other. As mothers, it is easy to forget that our needs are necessary. Taking care of ourselves allows us to be more efficient, rested, and supported. In this safe circle, we will be cultivating self care and bringing balance back to our spirit. It is our birthright to nurture peace for ourselves.

Emma Parada is a Xicana dedicated to women's healing and empowerment. She creates a safe space for women to reclaim their own self love and guerrera spirit for self care. Emma holds women circles and workshops through ceremony and ritual. She is a 200 hr- yoga teacher, meditation guide, and reiki practitioner.
