Sunday October 13th
5 PM - 8 PM PST
Virtual through Zoom
We invite birthing and non-birthing parents that are grieving the loss of their baby to join us for a very special virtual retreat curated just for you. Supporting you through the journey of perinatal loss with the support of community.
We are collectively curating a nourishing retreat for bereaved hearts grieving the loss of their pregnancy, babies, and possibilities. This will be a virtual experiential retreat where you will have the opportunity to process both your grief and hope using different forms of expression such as mindful movement, art, ritual, and sharing in sacred circle all while being held and witnessed by fellow grievers. We understand that not everyone processes grief the same, and that maybe you have never really had the opportunity to share about your loss and have your grief tended too in a nonjudgmental loving way.
The virtual retreat will include:
🌿 Opening grief ritual
🌿 Therapeutic art creation
🌿 Grief tending through the elements
🌿 Mindful movement & somatic practices
🌿 Small group shares
🌿 Community care & connection
🌿 Resources for continued support
